God’s Lessons for Mankind
In order for us to understand the impact of the world’s fallen state and eventual redemption of us, that believe, we half to go back to the beginning, to see how things were, then how things changed and then what God had to do to redeem mankind and what He had to teach mankind regarding the forces opposed to them that prevented God from communing with them so that He could teach us what we had to know in order that we could engage in His redemption of us and restore what we lost in the beginning.
Sorry for that run-on sentence.
But it occurred to me that the Bible had to be written because God’s plan was interrupted. If everything had remained as it was in the Garden, then the stories of God’s love would be faithfully accepted from Adam himself as we all, with Adam, would be eternal beings with full access to the Tree of Life, in a world with no seasons or severe weather, where tropical climate was the norm worldwide and communing with God was commonplace.
However, everything turned upside down because of unbelief. Unbelief translated to disobedience which severely damaged our eternal existence with God. So, under these brand-new set of circumstances that were the result of unbelief, God had to let us know how things were now going to be going forward.
1 – We were now going to die but we could still commune with God through a covering of our new sinful condition by a blood sacrifice of an animal.
2 – We were now going to have to work hard and labor to survive.
3 – Childbirth would no longer be a complete joy without severe pain.
4 – God would have to arrange through man’s procreation the solution to redeem mankind to Himself.
5 – He would have to teach mankind the many consequences of unfaithfulness in how their choices affected everyone around them as well as creation. Through fulfilled Prophecy, God’s word would become real and true and become the standard by which Faith in God and His Word would leap from a mere a blind faith to a fully reasoned Faith.
6 – God would have to teach them how his temporary sacrificial solution coupled with His Laws for daily living would allow Him to continue to commune with them so He could Bless them. These two axioms of Scripture would continually permeate throughout God’s Word.
Heb 9:22 - ...without shedding of blood there is no remission.
Heb 11:6 - ...without faith it is impossible to please him...
For its only through the lessons of ceremonial sacrifice that we can make the connection of what God accomplished on the cross for us.
7 – Then through both blessings and curses, mankind would be given a choice to be able to appreciate how communing with God was such a wonderous experience of God’s Love vs an alternative lifestyle without God. This choice would be paramount to the ultimate choice of when God’s permanent solution was fulfilled by sacrificing Himself in hopes that mankind would embrace His final and finished solution to man’s dilemma by fully accepting His complete forgiveness and Grace as completed by God Himself for all mankind. And as a result, is reveled in man, His eternal Blessings and Promises of life that will be fully restored with a new heaven and a new earth and fully appreciated and demonstrably Loved by His Faithful Body.
For without unbelief as perpetrated by Satan, there never would have been cause to Teach mankind how God’s plan of redemption was paramount to man’s own existence. This is something that Satan and those he blinds cannot grasp. For such willful ignorance hardens one’s consciousness to the point of a hateful and self-inflicting experience when God’s Word becomes fodder for the self-depraved. Some of them may acknowledge the existence of God but do not believe one Word of what He says. They go the way of Pharoh and are hardened to their own destruction.
However, for those who pay attention, have an open heart for Love and recognize God in the beauty in His creation. For those there is hope, eventual Joy and an eternal existence. For, for them, God acknowledges their heart and opens their eyes and their ears. Acts 16:14.
